Lazard is searching for a Presentation Designer (m/w/d), full-time, shift work between 8:00 and 22:00 hrs and occasionally on the weekend, starting with immediate effect.

As part of our Document Production Team you are responsible for creating and producing a variety of high-quality presentation documents whilst adhering to our company guidelines and templates. You ensure the highest quality for all formats, not only when using our Corporate Design, but also that of our clients. You have a passion for graphic design and you share the responsibility for the creative design and high-quality implementation of presentations and documents. Together with our advisory team you create and shape our highly professional business documentation.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Assist/consult with users to create visual text and imagery concepts, custom designs and maps
  • Ensure data/ideas are translated into best possible graphics format/medium
  • Create and edit documents – simple to complex
  • Custom design client branded presentations
  • Understand and implement proofreading terms/marks
  • Thoroughly proof documents for consistency, spelling and pagination
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team player
  • Have the ability to work under time deadlines
  • Have a proven aptitude for learning technical subjects

You’ll need to have:

  • Successfully completed your studies or vocational training as a Graphic Designer, Communication Designer or Media Designer
  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • Expert knowledge of MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and are experienced dealing with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop und Illustrator)
  • Excellent designing skills, whilst constantly keeping your eye on current digital trends
  • The ability to work independently, creatively and your output is of the very highest quality
  • A comfort in speaking both English and German languages
