In this role, the ideal candidate will review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and user needs, as it relates to service offerings and/or solutions intended for enablement in Lazard’s ServiceNow environment. Document requirements and/or develop solution designs to be built/implemented by Lazard’s ServiceNow development team.

We'll trust you to:

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and gather information, and document business requirements
  • Perform process analysis and/or process design and documentation
  • Propose and present solution designs to business stakeholders and the Architecture Review Board
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Lead/coordinate projects, sprint activities (incl. daily scrum, sprint planning & review sessions), and plan releases
  • Ensure team projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Perform peer review and/or QA, and facilitate user acceptance testing

            You'll need to have:

            • Solid team player with a “can do” attitude
            • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
            • Proven working experience in ServiceNow business analysis and designing ServiceNow solution architecture
            • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and service offerings
            • Ability to manage and lead projects following Agile & Waterfall methodologies
            • Ability to manage time and workload efficiently, including planning, organizing, and following through on a variety of tasks, assignments, projects, and reports, paying close attention to details
            • Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
            • Excellent written and oral communication and documentation skills
            • Familiarity with, and understanding of, ITIL 4 guiding principles is preferred
            • Past training and certifications are preferred

                              We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $125,000 - $185,000. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Base salary is one component of Lazard Corporate’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
