Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices, preparing payments, and managing collections under supervision.
  • Help with the timely completion of routine financial tasks, such as account reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal use, including variance analysis and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements and internal controls under guidance.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to all applicable data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software systems.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
