Financial Advisory
Spring Internship

Lazard is the world’s largest independent financial advisory firm, built over generations on a foundation of client service. This rich history and wide-ranging experience, combined with bespoke training and an ongoing commitment to development, makes it the perfect place to start and develop your career.

Lazard people have a lot in common - they’re analysts, strategists, relationship-builders and innovators - but they come from completely different backgrounds and degree disciplines. Could you thrive as one of them? Find out on our Spring Insight Programme.

This 3-day programme will give you a well-rounded overview of the Financial Advisory business at Lazard: its history, culture and people. You’ll take part in skills workshops run by industry experts and product teams, and spend one-on-one time with an Analyst, learning more about the work they do.

It’s a great opportunity to get a taste of life at Lazard. In addition, those who do well on the Spring Insight Programme could have the opportunity to be fast tracked to being considered for a Summer Internship with us for the following year.

We welcome and encourage applications from all degree disciplines. We appreciate the strong transferrable skills that students from different disciplines can bring. You don’t have to be reading finance or business - the main thing we look for is an analytical mind and the desire to challenge yourself. You must be either be in the first year of a 3-year degree, or the second year of a 4-year degree, graduating in 2026.

We look forward to hearing from you.
