The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing and sponsor coverage teams to contribute to the firm’s success. Candidate must be a responsible, service-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills.

 

We’ll trust you to:

  • Coordinate event planning from conception to execution, including budget development and tracking, vendor sourcing and communication, invitation and collateral design, registration tracking and client correspondence, detailed logistics planning, and occasional onsite management.
  • Maintain and update transaction database, manage the marketing process and coordinate with deal teams.
  • Create correspondence, complex documents, dynamic presentations, and other materials of sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Track various data and reports.
  • Manage other complex projects and duties as assigned.

 

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, finance, or related field a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in a marketing or event planning position. Experience in a financial services firm is preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office tools knowledge, specifically in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge or willingness to learn Cvent or similar event platforms.
  • The availability to travel for various events at least 3 times per year.
