M&A Intern - Milan - March 2023
Role and Responsibilities
Lazard offers 6-month internships starting from March/ April 2023 in the Financial Advisory department of its Milan office. During the program you will have the opportunity to become an important member of the Investment Banking Group, joining small transaction teams and providing financial advisory services to the firm’s clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, working on client presentations and interacting with senior bankers and clients.
The internship offers a generalist program through which you will receive exposure to all M&A coverage groups as well as the Restructuring group.
Requirements
- Distinctive analytical and conceptual thinking, very high capacity, motivation and ability to work in a team
- International experience
- Studies in business economics or in another discipline with an economics focus and strong academic performance, with a sound knowledge in Corporate Finance
- Ideally previous internships in Investment Banking
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of an additional European language is encouraged
