2023 New York Full Time Analyst – Capital Market Advisory

The Capital Markets Advisory Analyst will become an integral member of the Capital Markets Advisory Group, a dedicated team focused on providing advice to clients on a broad range of topics in the capital markets.

Capital Markets assignments fall into a range of categories, including IPOs, financing commitments, securities offerings, private capital placements, liability management, corporate preparedness, ESG advisory, activist defense, understanding shareholder bases of public companies, M&A and divestiture-related transactions and general strategic advisory assignments.

Beyond specific Capital Markets assignments, analysts will work closely with all other groups in the firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and transaction types, including: high profile and cross border M&A and divestitures, activism and takeover defense, special committee assignments, restructuring assignments, financing and refinancing transactions and advice on capital structures.
