U.S. 2022 Summer Associate Investment Banking Program MBA Diversity Fellowship

At Lazard, we are committed to fostering diversity among our teams. The Lazard MBA Diversity Fellowship for our U.S. Investment Banking Summer Associate Program was created to help women and other under-represented groups in financial services consider a career in Investment Banking.

The Fellowship is awarded to a select group of outstanding first-year MBA students who have successfully completed the interview process and received a Summer Associate Investment Banking offer. It provides $30,000 toward the recipient’s MBA Program in the spring of their first year, and an additional $45,000 financial reward upon receiving and accepting a full-time position following the Summer Associate Program.

To Apply: Students must apply online to both the MBA Diversity Fellowship Application as well as the specific Summer Associate Program(s) for which they would like to be considered. For the Fellowship, candidates must include the following documents as one PDF file in the “attachment” upload section of the application.

• Brief essay that discusses an investment banking transaction or market trend that interests you (up to maximum of 500 words).
